S.Arnold at G2E Asia CEO Sam Arnold says: “For ISMS, this selection is only the tip of the iceberg – our extensive range contains something to suit all regions, demographics and budgets”.

ISMS showcased its products at the G2E exhibition in Macau. This year, its stand featured four of their best sellers for the Asian market: an Aristocrat Xcite, an Aristocrat Mk 6, a Novomatic FV623 Gaminator and a sought-after WMS Bluebird.

CEO Sam Arnold says: “For ISMS, this selection is only the tip of the iceberg – our extensive range contains something to suit all regions, demographics and budgets”.

When asked about visitors’ response, Arnold commented: “Feedback from our guests on the stand was first-rate. They continue to be impressed by the machines on offer from ISMS; the high standard of refurbishment and the choice available.
Owners of gaming establishments have a number of objectives they need to achieve from their slot machines and with the help of ISMS can realise all of these”.

Arnold feels that the competitive pricing and variety of equipment available from ISMS gives clients the facility to change their machines more frequently in the most cost effective way. The ISMS team felt that although this year’s show appeared to be smaller than last year, there was no shortage of traffic on the ISMS stand. “Our offering was positively received”, said Sam, and there was a great deal of interest from operators in many different Asian markets”. ISMS left the show with several good deals under their belts and a long list of new prospects to follow up.

He believes that Macau is now accepted as the biggest gaming market in the world and continues to grow. However, he says that there are a few other locations in Asia that are already beginning to open up more and are ready to follow in Macau’s footsteps. Never one to let the grass grow under his feet, Sam already has a team of sales staff based in Asia at the ISMS’s three strategically located offices.

To quote Arnold: “Macau is a very important part of the ISMS international business plan going forward. We have invested in building a strong infrastructure in Asia, with a long term philosophy for the Asian region. The Asian market is demanding and expects the highest standards of quality and service. ISMS are ready to meet those standards and always carry large and varied stocks to fulfill orders swiftly and efficiently”.
