ISMS roadshow hits Bulgaria

Although International Slot Machine Sales have been working with their European customers for some years now, this is the first time they will have exhibited at the Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Expo.

G.Hope European Sales ISMS Gareth Hope, the ISMS Sales manager for Europe, is delighted to have this opportunity to bring the ISMS team to Sofia. They will be showcasing a large variety of equipment from all the major manufacturers. “We like to give our clients the opportunity to try before they buy”, says Gareth. “Our attendance at exhibitions worldwide allows buyers to see for themselves the high standards we achieve at our refurbishment facility in Riga.”

During the years that ISMS have been supplying preowned slot machines to casinos and gaming establishments throughout the world, their sales team have acquired a great deal of expertise in the gaming field.
Gareth goes on to say, “Between us, we have a wealth of knowledge about gaming legislation as it effects different geographical areas. We are happy to advise clients on the most suitable equipment for their individual location and how they can obtain the best return on their investment”. ISMS like to work in partnership with their customers.

Often the relationship begins when a client is opening up their first venue. The initial start-up costs, with building works and refurbishment, can make purchasing new equipment outright very difficult. “It is at this point”, says Gareth, “that our clients are faced with a decision. Should they look at entering into a Profit-Share Agreement or buy reconditioned machines?” “Obviously, there are pros and cons,” says Gareth.

“Obtaining brand new and expensive equipment, with, say, a 20% deposit and a long profit-share agreement, may well suit some casinos. However, it is worth remembering that ISMS can supply certified, refurbished equipment of a very high standard, often for a price which is equivalent to the deposit on a new machine”. He goes on to say, “In the past companies might have been wary about buying second-hand, in case they ended up with shabby machines, possibly with illegal software and with inherent servicing or performance issues.

Having spent a great deal of money on their venue, they would not want to be let down by poor equipment.” “However, with ISMS, those days are long gone. Customers can visit our stand at the show in Sofia and see for themselves exactly what they will be buying. Some of our machines are less than a year old and we have something to suit all needs and all budgets. Most importantly, we only sell original equipment with original software.” From the client’s point of view, the most important part of this comparison is the financial one.

Buying quality, refurbished equipment, for a fraction of the cost of new, means that instead of a long term commitment to giving away a large percentage of your weekly income, the slot machine has very quickly paid for itself and you, the owner, can take 100% of the revenue for the remainder of its life.

Whatever your requirements, Gareth and his team would love to welcome you to the BEGE Expo and if you are short of time, why not contact with Gareth Hope on email garethhope@isms.com.hk to make pre-arranged appointment.
