Sam Arnold ISMSINTERNATIONAL Slot Machine Sales has a strong presence in South America, having supplied used machines to the region for a number of years.

SAGSE is an important show for the company as it provides an opportunity to touch base with its existing clients and build relationships with prospective customers.

"We've met with a lot of clients from all over Latin America and the Caribean" said managing director Sam Arnold.

"The people we have seen have been very interested in buying machines from us - they know the company and know our other clients. "It's important to be here to keep in touch with our clients and strengthen our relationships because the markets here are changing dramatically".

ISMS regularly exhibits or attends the majority of gaming trade shows and Arnold believes SAGSE is among the most significant events, bringing together vistors from Central and South America and the Caribean.

"It's a valuable show and the most important event for South America," he said, noting that SAGSE now ranks alongside the Las Vegas and London shows.

"It's very important for our customers to see us every single year at each show. When they are planning their long-term projects they know we will see them again in a year's time, so we're providing consistent sales and support."
