ISMS gears up for global growth prior to ICE 2011 London

Industry leaders in pre-owned slot machines, ISMS, will once again have a strong presence at London’s ICE show. Managing Director Sam Arnold reports that the company has experienced unprecedented growth over the last three years.

This month he has appointed Brenda Hughes, previously Managing Director of Simply Drinks Limited, to run his London office. Her first task is to recruit some additional, high calibre sales personnel to join the existing team and help handle the exceptional number of enquiries they’re receiving from around the world.

In a time of recession, Sam puts this increased activity down to the ISMS vision of meeting and exceeding his customers’ expectations. After 12 years in the business he believes that working in partnership with his clients is the secret of his success.
For this reason he continues to come up with innovative offerings, aimed at improving the customers’ return on investment. His latest proposition is an in-house finance option for established customers.
